Sticker stuck in US customs

Unfortunately not a good review, loved the sticker design when I saw it and decided to buy it early January, it’s now February 4th and I still don’t have it. I bought only 1 single “on my puter” sticker but that is stuck in US customs with now way to get through to anyone over there. I have all the tracking information, I sent the seller a email a few days ago but nothing heard back yet. I would like to have a refund if possible or at least some communication with the seller but as of now I have no product and I’m out a bit of money. Until this issue is resolved any and all USA buyers should keep this experience in mind when ordering.
